Love, love this place! The chicken salad sandwiches and wild rice soup are delicious and the caramel rolls taste just like grandmas!
Coffee was just meh for me but the Maui mango panini was incredible. I ordered a slice of cake that was very dry and tasted like the refrigerator it was sitting in. Atmosphere and ambience was very relaxing. Loved the idea of the bookstore in the coffee shop. I would definitely go again but would skip the cake unless it was made fresh.
It’s a cafe with a bookstore! There’s also art and local crafts scattered around too. Fun place to check out. Chill vibes. Staff is nice. Drinks are delicious. Food is good. Plenty of seating. There is a separate meeting room with a long table that looks to fit 8 people. There’s also plenty of parking outside. Cake is ok, would not get again. The cake part is tasty but the frosting is pure sugar and no other flavors (not even vanilla came out!). It’s like eating a spoonful of sugar. One of them was grainy in texture. Would have loved it if it was a french buttercream frosting because the cake itself is good. Could just be my personal preference (prefer a buttery buttercream vs straight sugar). Overall I would come back for everything else. It’s such a unique cafe!
This is a nice coffee shop that has some food items and a used bookstore on the inside. Very quaint feeling with art of the walls for sale. I got a regular coffee and avocado toast. The food was made fresh and the coffee was tasty. Def would visit again
I found this cute cafe and bookshop while in Wilmar for a day. It was the perfect spot for lunch--it was busy but not crowded, and the food was great. I ordered their special of the day, which was a pub panini (ham and cheese on a pretzel bun). Yum! It was fun to browse the bookshelves lining the shop while waiting on my food. I would visit again!
A lovely dining option in Wilmar. I love the atmosphere and the food was good! They have seasonal dishes with super fresh ingredients. My only complaint would be the sandwich meat they use, but the marmalade goat cheese in my sandwich was divine. They have lots of coffee options, bubble tea, salads, and breakfast options. They also have a Novel Idea onsite, tons of books for you to purchase!
Stopped in for a quick lunch and had a bowl Of the loaded baked potato soup. BEST EVER!! Oh my goodness was that incredibly delicious!! cannot wait to go back! Fantastic place!
